Scott and Manor
Scott took his training and partnership very seriously — even with a two hour commute, he was never late and was always prepared. He gave 100% to his training. A father of four young boys, Scott has his own contractor business, enjoys gardening, wood working, boating, and his home improvement projects.
Scott was diagnosed with ALS two years ago and has limited use of his left arm, making him very unstable with stairs and walking. Manor will assist him with walking, climbing stairs, removing clothing, opening doors, retrieval and turning in bed. One of the things His goal is to stay independent for as long as possible.
It’s been a pleasure watching this beautiful, independent partnership grow. We are thankful to Scott for his wry sense of humor and quick wit, which made some of our toughest team training days a whole lot brighter.
