Karley is 17 and lives  in Lancaster PA. She has been diagnosed with the disorder which causes her joints to dislocate frequently. Karley enjoys reading and spending time with animals. Kaiser is a male black Labrador who was part of CPL’s breeding program and was raised by community volunteers. He will assist Karley by retrieving and carrying items, and providing support and balance. Watching Karley work with Kaiser during the first days of Team Training, it became readily apparent that she has an inner core of strength that is remarkable. She was determined to make her partnership with Kaiser the best it could be. The two connected strongly from the very first, sharing an intuitive feel for each other’s needs. They have built a rock solid foundation for their ongoing partnership.
