The AO1 Foundation and Kremer Eye Center teamed up over the holiday season to create a fundraiser to benefit Canine Partners for Life that raised $20,000! We are lucky to have such incredible partners at CPL and are truly thankful for their contributions.
The AO1 Foundation was started by Philadelphia Eagles Quarterback, Carson Wentz. Carson originally went into Kremer Eye Center, as a patient, and an offhand comment about his non-profit sparked the partnership to fundraise for charity. Their teaming up has helped support CPL’s community and together they have made an incredible impact on our organization!
“Canine Partners for Life (CPL) is thrilled to work with Carson, the AO1 Foundation, and Kremer Cares to provide young people in the Philadelphia area with the opportunity for greater independence through a service dog partnership… The support from Carson, the AO1 Foundation, and Kremer Cares will benefit young individuals seeking a service dog partnership and who live in the Philadelphia area in the next year,” states Janie Cramer, CPL Board President.
