On February 27, the United Way of Southern Chester County hosted a presentation about service dog laws for local business owners, event planners, and members of the community. Susann Guy, CPL’s Chief Operating Officer, led the discussion. Susann explained the difference between service dogs, emotional support dogs and therapy dogs. She spoke about proper etiquette for business owners if a service dog enters their place of business and also addressed the issue of fake service dogs and how harmful it has become to the service dog industry.
Following the presentation, CPL was featured on the front cover of The Daily Local News on Sunday, March 3. You can read the entire story here.
We extend our appreciation to the United Way of Southern Chester County for hosting such an important event for our local community.
