Giving Tuesday 2025

GivingTuesday is a global generosity movement unleashing the power of people and organizations to transform their communities and the world. This special day is a crucial part of CPL’s annual fundraising efforts, raising thousands of dollars, in just 24 hours, to support the life changing partnerships created between a CPL service or companion dog and an individual in need.

Last year, our generous donors helped us surpass our fundraising goal. This year, our goal is to raise $75,000 and we know with your support, we can reach achieve that!

Throughout the day on GivingTuesday, we will have special opportunities for our supporters including giveaways, and donor challenges! Make sure you are following us on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram so you don’t miss any of the fun.

Giveaways

  • Donate $50 or more between Noon and 1pm on 12/2 on the GivingTuesday campaign site and be entered to win a $100 Chewy gift card. Winner will be randomly selected and notified via email.
  • Win an exclusive visit to see our newest service puppies in training in early January 2026! This opportunity will go to one lucky GivingTuesday donor when you give or raise $250 or more on the GivingTuesday campaign site on 12/2. Winner will be randomly selected and notified via email.
  • Donate or raise $500 or more on the GivingTuesday campaign site and be entered to win a future naming opportunity for a future service dog in training. Winner will be randomly selected and notified via email.

Double your Dollars on December 2nd!

  • Morning Rush Hour Match – Give between 6am and 9am and your gift will be matched dollar for dollar.
  • Halfway Help– Help us hit the halfway point to unlock a challenge! Once we raise $37,500, anonymous donors will give $7,500!
  • West Afternoon Rush Hour Match – Give between 4pm and 6pm and your gift will be matched dollar for dollar.
  • Primetime Challenge –When we receive 10 gifts between 7pm and 8pm, on GivingTuesday, an anonymous donor will contribute $1,200!
  • Homestretch Match – Help us reach $65,000 to unlock a $10,000 gift to meet our goal of $75,000!

Dollars for Dogs Campaign

This Giving Tuesday, our Dollars for Dogs campaign lets you choose a specific service or companion dog in training residing in CPL’s kennel to support on our GivingTuesday leaderboard.

Each dollar brings our dogs one step closer to changing someone’s life through independence, companionship, and support. Whether you give $5 or $50, every gift helps fund their training, care, and future partnership with someone in need. To participate, add the kennel dog’s name of your choosing to the message when giving online or add a note if you are sending a check.

Donate today and make a note of which kennel dog you’d like to see get to the top — and help us reach our goal of supporting more teams through the incredible power of service and companion dogs! Stay tuned to CPL’s social media accounts for updated leaderboard standings!

By supporting Canine Partners for Life on GivingTuesday, you are giving someone the ability to complete daily tasks, such as dressing, preparing meals, and showering, independently.
