Hello CPL Family,

We hope this message finds you and your loved ones well. With Chester County entering the yellow phase of reopening, CPL staff will be returning to the office, on split schedules, starting Monday, June 8th. Our staff will be wearing masks, staying 6 feet apart, sanitizing surfaces and office areas each day, and more. At this time, we plan to work split shifts through the month of June but will continue to evaluate and monitor the guidelines issued by Governor Wolf, the CDC, the Pennsylvania Department of Health, and the Chester County Health Department.

We miss our volunteers but volunteering on-site continues to be on hold until further notice. It will be a gradual process of welcoming our volunteers back on campus once it is safe to do so. We will continue to evaluate this and will keep everyone updated.

At this time, no volunteers or guests are permitted on campus without a scheduled appointment. If you need to come to the CPL campus (and you haven’t arranged it with a member of the Program team) you must notify Tonya DiPilla, CPL’s Associate Director of Development and Communications, ahead of time (tdipilla@k94life.org, 610-869-4902 x216). The CPL office will be closed to everyone except staff as we are doing our best to limit the amount of people on campus to keep exposure as limited as possible.

If you have donations to drop off (hand sanitizer, masks, dog supplies, etc.), we will have a box on the front porch that you can place your donations in. Along with the box, there will be a clipboard with in-kind donation forms. You will need to fill out a form each time you drop off donations. Again, we do ask that you notify Tonya ahead of time of when you will be on campus dropping the items off. You will also need to wear a mask when outside of your vehicle.

Please continue to bear with us as we navigate this next phase of reopening. Our first priority is always the safety of the CPL family. We appreciate your support and can’t wait to have you all back on campus when it is safe. We miss you all!

Sincerely,

Janie Cramer
