Deanie lives in West Chester, PA. She has experienced loss of balance and also has a history of seizures. In the past, she had trained her own seizure alert dog, but felt that this time around, working with CPL and its trainers was a better fit for her. Enter Carlos, a chocolate standard poodle that was donated by his breeder to CPL and raised by CPL community volunteers. Carlos will assist Deanie with support and balance as well as retrieval. This is already one awesome team. From the moment they met there was a connection, maybe it was the matching hair style and color, but whatever the underlying factor, it was love at first sight for both. One can only imagine what they will accomplish going forward.
