Ian and Buttons
When Ian came to CPL for a home companion dog, he told us he would like a dog to play chase and to play ball with him. Ian’s parents hoped that a dog would teach Ian responsibility, but also that a partnership with a home companion would help to ease his anxiety and improve his focus. Buttons, a calm, loving Labrador, was chosen for Ian. The result? Ian dearly loves Buttons and that feeling is reciprocated a hundred-fold. He is taking care of Button’s needs, strengthening the bond between them every day.
