Marketing and Events Coordinator 

Canine Partners for Life is seeking a qualified individual to fill the full time (32–40 hours/week) position of Marketing and Events Coordinator.

This position is responsible for the planning and management of all events held in support of the organization’s mission. This role is also responsible for the execution of the organization’s marketing projects and communications.

Experience in public speaking, marketing and event planning is essential. Candidates should have excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize work and adapt easily to changing priorities. A flexible schedule is necessary as responsibilities include some weekend and evening hours. A college degree is required.

Program Assistant and Whelping Coordinator

Canine Partners for Life, a nationally recognized non-profit service dog organization, is seeking an individual to fill a full-time Program Assistant and Whelping Coordinator position.

This is a full-time, in-person position (32–40 hrs/wk) coordinating and overseeing the Community Puppy Raising and Whelping programs.

Duties to include: working with volunteers, teaching puppy classes, teaching volunteers dog handling skills, coordinating whelping volunteers, caring for dogs and puppies in the breeding program, data collection and entry, assisting with transporting puppies, administrative duties, and others. Creating a plan of action including the implementation of measurable goals is essential.

Requirements for this position include several years of dog training experience as well as instructing training classes. The candidate must work independently on a variety of tasks and have the ability to work cooperatively and positively as part of a team. Program Manager

Canine Partners for Life is seeking an individual to fill a full-time Program Manager position (40 hrs/wk) to oversee the Sr. Kennel Assistant and Program and Whelping Assistant positions, as well as to manage the Prison Puppy Raising Program.

Duties to include: working with volunteers, teaching puppy classes, travel to prison programs, data collection and entry, assisting with transporting puppies, administrative duties, and others. Creating a plan of action including the implementation of measurable goals is essential.
